Anna Zimbrick Position: Business Development Advisor Country: Ecuador Email: azimbrick@snvworld.org Anna is a sociologist with a Masters in Public Administration, with a focus on International Development Management, from the George Washington University. She has worked with SNV since 2009 in the areas of business development and communications, focusing her efforts on issues including impact investing, small and medium enterprises (SMEs), and local capacity building. Prior to and during her time with SNV, she has had the opportunity to work in diverse areas such as program evaluation for small nonprofit organizations, academic research (in the areas of education, housing and organizational learning), field studies, and in the development and coordination of proposals for the Gates Foundation, Clinton Global Initiative and the World Bank, among others. Anna speaks English, Spanish and Portuguese and has professional experience in Colombia, Ecuador and the United States. Her main interests include: Inclusive Business, housing for low-income communities and organizational learning. |
