Sandra Koch Position: Advisor Country: Bolivia Email: skoch@snvworld.org Sandra Paola Koch, currently Advisor in Governance and member of the team of liaison advisors for SNV-Bolivia, is a Bolivian national who has seven years of professional experience, three of them in prefecture management and development. She is now supporting the Prefecture of La Paz and is part of the ASC team and assistant for the World Bank in Bolivia. She was an IDB consultant in the area of alignment and harmonization and consultant in prefecture management for the Ministry of the Office of the President of Bolivia. She holds a master’s degree in business management and administration from the Stock Market Studies Institute of the Universidad Complutense, Madrid, Spain. She holds a degree in business management from the University of Our Lady of Peace, as well as diplomas in public management from the Universidad de Valle; and in financial management and administration from CEEDE, Autonomous University of Chile. She is a member of the team that drew up the follow-up and evaluation methodology for prefecture management, as counterpart of the SISER PLUS project with the Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM). |
