Walter Castillo Position: Project Administrator Country: Bolivia Email: wcastillo@snvworld.org Walter Castillo Guerra was born in Bolivia, he is an Economist, has a Master degree in Management and Public Policies and has a Post grade degree in Population Dynamics and Development Programs and Policies. He worked as a senior consultant in several international organizations Giving Support for the Constituent Assembly, Measuring the Informal Sector Economy, Giving Support for a Regional Productive Development Program, Evaluating the Impact of programs, projects and policies, Defining and Constructing Performance and Impact Indicators and Supporting Poverty Reduction. He is a former Executive Director and former Advisor of the National Institute of Statistics (INE), former Executive Director of the Social Security National Service (SENASIR) and former Executive Director of Research Services and Population Action (SIAP). He also is a former Director of the National Demographic and Health Survey 2003 of Bolivia and Social Researcher Specialist for UNDP in Asunción-Paraguay. | |

Shirley Castro de Sánchez Position: General Suppor Officer Country: Bolivia Email: scastro@snvworld.org Shirley Castro, who is now General Support Officer for SNV in La Paz, Bolivia, is a Bolivian national with five years experience in administration and accounting. She has worked for SNV previously as the person in charge of KAP Embassy Small Projects. She was in charge of helping the Poverty Relief Funds (Fondos de Alivio a la Pobreza—FAP) and the Civil Society Capacity Building Fund (Fondo de Fortalecimiento de la Sociedad Civil—FOSC). She was also Assistant to the National Administrator. She holds a BS in business administration from the University of the Andes and two diplomas, the first in business administration and strategy, and the second in financial management from University of the Andes. | |
