Fernando Aguilera Position: Advisor Country: Honduras Email: faguilera@snvworld.org Fernando has worked for over 15 years designing and mobilizing business strategies in organizations both in private and public sector, contributing to their financial results and institutional goals by introducing new principles and practices in the innovation and management of customer relationships and business processes. He held executive positions at BAC CREDOMATIC Network and The National Competitiveness Program in Honduras, leading projects that obtained recognition from Lloyd’s Register Quality Assurance and The World Bank. With an undergraduate degree in Computer Science from TEC de Monterrey, he pursued graduate studies in information technology at TEC and in business strategy at MIT Sloan School of Management. He currently lives in Santa Lucia, Honduras, with his wife, Monica, a graduate both in General Arts and Literature, and their 3 children. Areas of expertise: Analysis, design and mobilization of Business Processes, with a focus on coordination in customer service (ActionWorks methodology); Business strategy analysis, design and mobilization, with a focus on customer relationships (MIT’s Delta Model, Kaplan & Norton’s Balanced Scorecard). |

He has a Diploma in Project Management and Evaluation. With more than 10 years of professional experience, Abel has worked for the financial and administrative area in diferent private sector companies. He has performed as Managing Director, Controller and General Manager. His experience involves process design and implementation of investment projects, business development, administrative reengineering, internal control, accounting, inventory, production and quality control as well as distribution channels. Abel is professor at the Technological Bolivian University and at the Chamer of Commerce University. |
